Our major strength is in property litigation and we are currently undertaking a number of cases involving complex transactions, particularly for football club members and individual investors.

The main aim in litigation is to achieve a settlement acceptable to all parties. That usually means being ready and able to go to the next stage at Court so as to be in the strongest bargaining position.

We do not do crime, legal aid, children or immigration cases and will only operate on a contingency fee in special circumstances.

What it costs
We will charge on an hourly basis. It is rarely possible to predict the overall cost of a case at the beginning except in the broadest terms, but we will give you an estimate of what the next step (issuing a summons, instructing counsel, dealing with the next hearing) will cost as the matter proceeds.
