What it costs
Commercial work can be straightforward or extremely complex and it is difficult to predict which it will be, so this work is quoted on an hourly basis. As a rough guide most shop or commercial lease acquisitions come in at around £800-£1,000 + VAT, but we will give estimates for your work when you call, and update them as necessary (up or down) as the transaction proceeds.
